Flexibility

Flexibility is not just a word at Komax – no one platform can satisfy every situation; so we have a full range of assembly system platforms that allow us to propose the best system configuration for the needs of the project. Whether manual, semi or fully automatic - Komax has the platform that fits your production environment.
Our systems share common interface points that allow tooling and process stations to be truly modular – capable of being plugged into any of our platforms.

Each project is different with specific requirements. Komax will always present the best solution for the customer
The different platforms are: Synchronous indexing or asynchronous:

Linear Indexing - KSL

  • Allowing for up to 104 stations on a single chassis
  • Perfectly adapted to medical device production
 

Rotary indexing - KSD

  • With 16, 20 24, and 28 stations
  • Cycle rates go in excess 70 parts per minute
